ridincarswboys @carrilynn1 thanks for shipping the beautiful boots. I’m so sad though. The right boots zipper isn’t working. Like it just won’t unzip. I tried and just won’t unzip. I don’t want to damage it.

carrilynn1 @ridincarswboys Ok. I’ve had issues with other cowboy boots if I hadn’t worn them in awhile. I’ve used soap or graphite from a pencil on track to get movement. Once I wore them a bit they were fine. You’re welcome to try that and still return if doesn’t work or if you’ve just changed your mind that’s fine too. I’m not sure of the process from here. I’m assuming you just mail them back.
