What is the footbed measurement lengthwise on these?

@akiko_w at its widest point, the foot bed is 3 inches. all the straps are adjustable. does that help?

these are a 5? but fit like a 6? my foot is 8 inches long . but in freebird they are wide ... do these fit narrow?
