Then just like when we were kids sop the paper backing that is not against the skin with water until you have it starting to run down your arm,leg or whatever. then just lay the damp towels or washcloth on the top and give it a few minutes and it'll come right off. Don't lift the paper straight up slide it off the damp skin easily. Let it dry really good. you'll be tempted to put lotion on it but no no no! that's how you take it off when your ready. I use cotton balls dipped in olive oil or vitamin E. Have Fun 😊
