do they hold your feet in so Your feet aren't sliding around?

@roachmd1234 I’ve never had a problem when I wore them! The toe strap is pretty comfortable but fits snuggly, and the strap around the ankle holds it in place! The shoes are almost like new because I wore them maybe 2 times.
