Free people skirt

Free People Skirt The tags have been cut out, but it feels like 100% silk. Based on the measurements I took, the skirt is a size Large, or size 12 US. It is a lightweight and semi-sheer skirt. Zipper on left hand side and slits on both sides of the skirt. There is some staining on the front (shown in video). The seams are also starting to pull (not sure if that's the right term but included photos). There are 2 seams in the front of the skirt that are stretched, as well as two seams in the same position in the back. Seams are also worn on both sides which is why the price is where it is. Measurements: 40" length Slit starts at about 25", slit is 15 long 31" waist Zipper is 7" long
