Free people sequin dress

This is a tulle dress and it has a dress underneath attached to the shoulder. Beautiful sequin details and elastic waist. Although it’s size 8 it fits like small, please see approx measurements lying flat: Armpit to armpit: ~15” Length: ~33” Waist: ~13” but it has elastic and it stretches about 17”
