@mtrandy88 thank you! Is it possible to get a measurement from the outer shoulder sleeve as well? I’m assuming the 15.5” is from those shoulder seams, but I need to know if my arms will fit as well. So the widest part of the jacket including the sleeve. Does that make sense? Sorry to be so annoying haha thank you
