Royal blue with metallic bird and saying "wish you were here" on front. There are no white spots or holes, any white looking spots in the photos are from the flash reflecting off the mannequin. Silver grommets run along left side of neckline and silver snaps run down the back strap. Measures 28" around bust (unstretched) and 32" long.
