gemgirljade @grib02 Sorry I forgot to answer ya yesterday! It's 17" pit to pit and yes it has some stretch but I wouldn't say abundant stretch. It is the body con style so it is meant to form fit tightly. Please note also that the straps had been shortened. It was like this when I bought it. There's a couple inches where they can be let back out, and then the white stitches you see in the photos can be gone too. Hope this helps! feel free to make an offer!
