@nhuisman4 hmmm great question! i don't have any children, and my husband and i are smoke/alcohol free and extremely clean, i haven't really worm this very much so my guess is a smoothie or something haha! i bet throwing it in the wash they would come right out i just haven't washed it yet! hope that helps ;)
