cyndeelou63 @staceyfarrell6 actually yes it does. That was one of the comments on the reviews on Free people. The back is low so you need to wear a tank underneath. It’s really cute and flattering. I’m 5’10” and 220 lbs and it’s a hair big on me and that’s why I’m Letting it go. It does run big.
