This skirt has never been worn, but was altered to bring the waist in just a little bit. The waist is now about 27 inches and should fit a size small. The skirt was generally complained about being too big around the waist and the alteration makes it perfect, but I just never fell in love with it. Ideal for clubbing, girls, night, date night, vacation, trips, festivals, summertime, events, shows, super flattering, and smooths everything out.
