Free people dress?

I’m pretty sure this is a dress, it’s almost see through though and the lace spaces are definitely see through. It flowy and higher in the front and lower in back. I really like it but am not sure how to wear it, it says it’s a small but I wear a large and it fits me so I think it is oversized
