How does this fit through bust? Looks flowy otherwise

@kellyh61 it’s flowy in the bust area! The only part that isn’t flowy is the lace part at the top and that doesn’t hit my bust area. The lace starts at my neck so the lace part falls on my chest. From the shoulder the lace goes down 7” if that helps.
