unstretched. it's approximately 15 in. I can't stretch it out by myself and measure it. LOL. my husband is sleeping but it stretches pretty far. and what do you mean by inseam? they are pretty long. I'm a size 9 when they're fine on me, but tell me what you need now. be happy to answer you

@lisafly6421 hi lisa!!! Hey, I read you said waist is pretty stretchy. Would you say even in thigh area they are? Would you say they’d fit a medium or larger medium? I’m a medium but like, on the bigger side I’d say. Def not a S/M!! But some free people is pretty big for wise!! Oh and inseam is the crotch area to the bottom!!
