This is a super cute navy blue with embroidered accents around the neck, free people tunic top or bathing suit cover up. Size extra small but seems to run a bit larger. Waist 20 inches, shoulder to hem 30 inches, on the front, shoulder to hem on back 32 inches. Excellent!
