shbconsignment How is it cut? Can fit a large ? Any stretch?

ridehard5 @shbconsignment measuring from strap tip stap which goes from under the armpit to armpit over the bust is 16 inches. the back measures 15 inches, but does have elastic in the back so it has some stretch. I am a 36 D and it fits me. It flows loose from there. so I think as long as it fits across the bust it would fit a large ?
