meowkapow @sengles0805 hey girl they are slightly over 13” flat. From my experience they do shrink a decent amount but these are new with tags.

meowkapow @sengles0805 I actually have two pairs of these pants, I’m crazy and buy backups when I love things (but I gained weight). The other pair has been worn but is still in great condition and I would take 50 for them if you want. Can photograph and post asap with measurement for waist
