abeg411 @leslieware1 hi! It’s a smocked back so it can be stretched if necessary :) The bust (laid flat, unstretched) is 13”. It’s an A line dress so it just flares out from the bust but a general “hip” width (laid flat) is ~21” across. I hope that helps!
