The lace bell sleeve is the star of this dress. I have worn the heck put of this item. Condition is good/fair. Please be advised: the top button is missing. It does not compromise the functionality of the dress. I still wore it this way. There are pulls in the lace and fabric. I bought this dress in 2015. It is almost 10 years old so there is wear and tear but otherwise wearable and so pretty
