Please read carefully! These are mistagged as size 31. They will not fit a size 31. Measures 14” waist with a 11” inch rise. IN MY OPINION- will fit better a 24-26 inch waist. My daughter tried them on as a 24 and they fit slouchy. Depends on desired fit. Paid retail price for these.
