This very flattering Free People dress has only been worn once. It has very cute peekaboo arm slits. The button came off on the closure but it is still attached in a little bag with the tag. Even though it says size 2, it fits me, and I usually wear size 4 to 6. I also have the same dress in cream in the same size for sale. Let me know if you would like photos. frme4u Hi there, it does have a waist and fits nicely, but not too tight. I think it’s a cotton/poly blend, but I’ll have to check when I’m back home and can send you a photo of the tag. B.
