Maroon and white top from Free People. The sleeves are elastic at the bottoms so you can push them up. And the bottom of the shirt is elastic too so you can make it waist length or higher. The collar is almost an off the shoulder style. Very comfy and flattering on. I loved this one! Around the neck line is very slightly frayed but that’s how it was brand new. Just the style.

@saragoldmeer from armpit to armpit is 23” and the length is 28”. But the length can be shorter if you want because it has a loose elastic at the bottom. I wore it longer because I have a bigger belly
