Free People small high neck blouse

this is a size small high necked free people blouse with keyhole accents. it is yellow and black and white. it is missing a button. it is in good used condition. I do not have measurements on this at this time. because I can't provide this, I will give my best estimate of size. I wear a 36B bra and have wider shoulders at 5'7" and 130#. this fits on me. it extends to the hips. it is flowy and loose in fit except in the shoulder and neck.
