Off white tiered skirt with embroidery/smocked waist. as you can see from the photos, there are tiny spots throughout the skirt. I have done my best to photograph as many of these as I've seen. These are not very noticeable because they are hidden in the folds of the skirt when worn. this would be great for projects such as tie dying and cosplay. waistband is 13 in unstretched length of skirts approximately 32 in. it is lined. UPDATE: This has been spot treated and washed twice. Most of the spots have come out,a few do remain and are lighter.They are cery hard to find.Due to taking time to do this, I've raised the list price.

kreniac1968 @phoenix_rose83 photos 11,13 -16 are new .It's hard to get good photos of it because it's voluminous and the lighting is not great in my house. The previous stains are gone though.
