sukiwest76 @eve64 Hi there, thank you for your question.... I specifically put the measurements so you know where to measure. I work in retail and this is just like trying it on. take a tape measure and measure from shoulder to hem, up to where the measurement stated and then measure from your underarm to underarm and stop where the measurement says again 😊 Let me know if you have any other questions

sukiwest76 @eve64 So 16 inches across would be like 32 inches all around your back. 18.5 inches would be measured from your shoulder all the way down to where 18.5 hits. It’s an extra small, it runs pretty fitted, So it looks really amazing with denim skirts and jeans. I personally love it with denim skirts
