Long maxi open back style with tie top. Frayed layered hem detailing on bottom. Decorative Bell charms on waist tie. The model for the pictures goes between small to medium size. So we put large in the measurements, but basically it can be worn by somebody large to extra large because of the cut of the dress. Also, please note there about 1/4 inch hole underneath the elastic waist. Please see the last two pictures.
