Perfect for spring and summer, Free People sleeveless blouse. Medium tone blue (darker than it is appearing in the pictures) and navy print. A tie that’s attached at the neck and slighter longer in the back with side slits. There is a tiny bit of wear at the end of the tie, could be tucked in and mended, see photo. Approx 19” pit to pit. Approx 23.5” front length & approx 28” at back length. - wonderful pre-loved condition - made in Vietnam - 100% polyester, machine wash.
