Free People fall 2006 Blue Blouse size 6

Gently used button down blue pinstriped Blouse. Sheer lace panel at breast. 98% cotton 2% polyester. 1 slight flaw is that it lost a button and has been replaced, as seen in photo. This runs small! It is meant to be worn right around the waist. I'm guessing that's how the button popped off.
