Off-white Free People dress. The middle has see-through crochet going all around the waist. Deep v-neck with a tie on the back. The tie can cinch the straps to make them smaller. Size tag and content tag have been removed but feels like cotton/linen mix. Most likely a small. Size S/M 16” underarm to underarm 24” length
