Free People soft polyester tunic dress - open upper back with zipper on lower back and ties in a bow via ribbon at the back of neck. And it has pockets! Hard to describe but absolutely very flattering and versatile. Can be worn with skinnies, over leggings, with fun tights or bare legged.
