@jackieg88 Hi, good question! I had my sister try it on and she wears a size medium. It fit her slightly loose (she's 5'2 and 120 lbs). So definitely more towards a medium.
Top elastic across measures about 18 in
Waist about 18 in
Hips about 20 in
Top to bottom about 25 in
