Free People cropped bell sleeved Top

It’s full of little design tweaks. Some are the elbow ties, pleated bell sleeves, collar bone showing neckline. The top Is made of a very neutral black smooth fabric. The back has a short button placket and then is an open slit. Which being lined, is pretty complicated. A little fancier than casual- can go either way. Makes a statement for sure. Sizing is not the usual oversight cut it’s more conservative than much of the labels pieces.
