What is the waist measurement? I wear a medium but have had trouble finding this skirt. If you don’t mind me asking… what do you not like about it?

As for why it wasn't 100% for me - I honestly almost took it off posh yesterday because it is so beautiful - it's just too much white for how much I wear my skirt outside at work and walking my pup
