Cornflower blue, flowy, boho style, racerback dress made by Free People One. Edges are intentionally raw/frayed and the bottom portion of the dress has tiered ruffles. Top portion has a cotton lace-like overlay and the mid center has some sheerness. Also has back button keyhole closure. Great condition!
