Free People boho blue blouse with detail

Free people blouse with cross open front. White designs on upper sides of top. Arms are sorta puffy but not extremely and have ties on both sleeves to tie down how you wish. Would look good with layering and over a bralette. Only worn 1-3 times max but has just been hanging in my closet untouched for year and half. :)
