Free People blue top

Free People blue tank top. Ruffle bottom with lace detail, and subtle tiny polka dots. 30” in length - size small. 17” pit to pit, with flowy bottom. In great condition with only very small tear in lace - pictured in photo. Would be super simple to sew up along seam.
