Very good used condition. It is missing a button at the top, has ruffles and pleats going down the front with a frayed edge as well as a ruffled and frayed edge hem. Blue pinstripe! The tag says body corsage with 70% cotton and 30% silk. I believe this is a size 4 or a size small.
