Free People blue dress or tunic... NWT

Free People light blue (glacier ice) sheer front panel with sheer slight turtleneck. Beautiful floral design embroidered around sleeves and sheer front panel as well as around back. 2 button keyhole closure on back. Could be either a short dress or a tunic. Would look wonderful with leggings and flats! Measurements : Length 35"/ Pit to pit 19.5"/Shoulder to shoulder 17"/ Sleeves 34.25"/ Hem width 38"... Measurements are taken by me on a flat surface.
