Free People black dress

I believe this to be a Free people dress. The tag has been cut out but this was my nieces dress and she almost solely buys free people. I would say this is both small and medium as the fabric uo top is stretchy. I fit both sizes and it fits me. There is knit all the way down but up top it is ribbed and the body is solid knit and cloth fabric at bottom. It is in good used condition. It hits above knee
