Free People black & cream pattern tunic dress

This unique art nouveau pattern tunic dress, features a subtle high-low hem; delicate pleating on the front and back for a supremely flattering silhouette--- but looks amazing belted too! Sleeves have an elastic cuff for a full length look or a beautiful puffed sleeve if you push past the elbow. The tie in front features romantic gold string, and the tiniest bells (no sneaking around in this dress!) 100% cotton! It is so light and flowing!!!!! Made in India with expert care-- but there are a few color inconsistencies with the hand dying (two pin sized red dotes, for instance-- see photos). Great for all seasons! Beach to boots! Throw a little leather jacket on it for spring or fall! Shoulder to hem front: 40" shoulder to hem back: 42" shoulder to shoulder: 21" size M but definitely runs L worn once!
