Free People ankle boot 7 (37.5)

Beautiful boots made in Portugal. Please see all pictures to see the flaws! Scratches to inside of heel, scuffs to toe of one shoe. These are $198 boots but I’m selling low because of the flaws. Probably could have scratches fixed at shoe cobbler or maybe color in with shoe dye. The rest of the boot looks great!
