bloondie2 hi! would you mind listing the measurements of the pit to pit and length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom hem? Does it button all the way down? Also, it doesn't appear to have any stains or pulls, etc., can you just verify that for me, please? Thank you so much!

The 23" is a little larger than I normally wear, but who doesn't need a pretty top that'll hide the belly on those days when you're feeling extra bloated!
