Free People White & Blue Dress

This dress was purchased from FP a few years ago, but it's been such a look for vacations and summer parties. White with a blue floral pattern, triangular cut-outs down the back (but looks cute over a white bralette), distressed hem at arms & neckline. White lining inside.
