Like New I removed the draw strings because I never wore these cinched at the bottom. I have the strings to send with them, they just need to be restrung. You can get a little tool on amazing to diy or take it to a seamstress if you want to use them. Check the tag, they are like new condition. I love them but they are too small for me, I am a 29 now.
