NWOT. These pants are so cool and unique! They have a ton of fun details and can be worn different ways (I included some pictures of the brown color just to show how the bottoms can be cinched). I would say they fit a bit oversized (I am typically a size 26/27). The waist is stretchy and the legs have a lot of room.
