Hi,
It's a solid extra small, not oversized at all. I just measured as best I could. The waist is high and stretches to 15, laid flat. The hips are 18". The rise is 12" (from cross seam to the elastic of the waist). The chest is tricky to measure. The fabric of the front measures 13" and 18" with the side straps laying flat. The inseam is 23". @nerissabateman I just got your message now. I have never tried this on, so I'm not sure of the fit. I bought it and hung it in my closet. The measurements are in the description and were taken lain flat.
