RARE Free People Victoria Maxi Dress CONDITION NWOT. Never wore and it has been sitting in my closet. Such a pretty dress and hard to part with but it needs an owner who will wear it! SIZING Tag says size S but I deliberately listed this as XS because it runs very small and fits more like XXS to XS (size 0 to 2). Maximum bust is 32”. I’m a 32” and it JUST fits.
