jeannemichelle ~ The top is 100% cotton and the bottom is velvet @shel80. I actually wore on cooler nights in the summer. Does look really sweet with knee high brown boots or black boots for the fall accompanied by a denim and neutral scarf. The colors in the skirt section are fun to work with if you want to add a pop of color over the top for fall. I typically wear items due to my mood. Lol.
