Free People Long High Low Tunic in Red. I’m 5’7 and it hangs mid shin. Has slits up the sides so need to wear leggings, slip or tank underneath if you don’t want your skin to show. Great for Valentines Day or Christmas. I’ve worn it twice. Great Condition- was washed cold and hang dried.
